Golden Globes
So, the Golden Globs (typo but I am departing it) were last evening, and Amy Poehler and Tina Fey were the very first ever all-female hosting duo. Could it have been just me, however it felt like when Ough Gervais located, he was everywhere, whereas Poehler and Fey appeared to vanish a little following the opening. Anyway. The highpoint from the evening for me personally was Anne Hathaway's acceptance speech, particularly this bit, where she addressed fellow nominee Sally Area: "Sally, I must many thanks to be a vanguard against typecasting, because when the lady who began out because the princess of Genovia, I can not let you know how encouraging it had been to understand the Flying Nun was raised to become Norma Rae." Amazing. There's much more to discuss—Girls! Jodie Foster's odd speech! Lucy Liu's amazing dress! Hugh Jackman!—so I'll transform it to you. Have in internet marketing in comments!
